高亦博，1984年生，籍贯辽宁海城，国家自然科学基金委优青，国家重点研发计划首席科学家。现为国家癌症中心/国家恶性肿瘤临床医学研究中心/中国医学科学院肿瘤医院转化医学实验室主任，博士生导师；胸外科主治医师、副研究员、实验室主管。清华大学、北京协和医学院临床医学、肿瘤学博士，美国杜克大学医学中心访问学者。

主要开展食管癌、肺癌等胸部肿瘤的基因组测序、表观遗传、多组学分子分型和精准医学研究，探究表观遗传和代谢重编程调控癌症发生发展和疗效预后的分子机制，筛选和验证肿瘤精准诊疗生物标志物。
