罗惠鑫，1987年生，籍贯甘肃张掖，药物所院助理研究员，博士生导师。2005年考入兰州大学药学专业，2009年获得学士学位。2009年在兰州大学有机化学专业攻读博士学位，期间（2010-2015年）在北京大学药学院联合培养，从事有机合成和糖化学研究。2015年进入美国Baruch S. Blumberg Institute进行博士后研究工作，主要研究抗乙肝病毒小分子药物。2017年进入北京大学进行博士后研究工作，主要研究化学生物学。2021年入所工作，为助理研究员。

根据自身有机化学和化学生物学交叉学科的研究背景，聚焦多肽蛋白类药物的特点和难点，具体针对该类药物的修饰方法和成药性改造策略，开发具有临床需求和市场前景的多肽蛋白诊疗药物。
