郑哲，1971年生，籍贯浙江温州，心血管外科专家，教授，博士生导师。1989年考入温州医学院临床医学专业，1994年获得学士学位。1997年在中国协和医科大学攻读博士学位，2001年获外科学博士学位。2011年升为主任医师、博士生导师。现任国家心血管病中心党委书记、副院长，中国医学科学院阜外医院党委书记、副院长。主要从事心血管疾病的临床研究与转化研究。

主要从事以医疗质量评价和改善为导向的大规模临床注册登记研究、以临床结局为评价依据的观察性研究及随机对照临床试验，以及流行病学、个体化精准医疗和人工智能等领域的研究。
