吴永健，1965年生，籍贯山东临沂，心血管病专家，中国医学科学院阜外医院主任医师，博士生导师。1983年考入山东大学医学院临床医学专业，1988年获得学士学位。1994年在中国协和医科大学内科学专业攻读博士学位，从事心血管疾病研究。1996年进入德国Giessen大学从事博士后研究工作，从事心血管疾病基础研究。 2004年晋升为主任医师。

主要从事冠心病和老年瓣膜性心脏病介入治疗及其相关研究。从事冠心病的临床和基础研究，年冠脉支架植入手术＞1000例。我国最早开展经导管主动脉瓣膜置换手术（TAVR）的专家之一，目前致力于我国国产TAVR瓣膜设计和研发。
