高润霖，1941年生，籍贯河北唐山，心血管病学家，中国医学科学院阜外医院研究员，博士生导师。1959年9月考入北京医学院（现北大医学部）医学系，1965年8月毕业。1978年9月至 1981年12月在中国协和医科大学（现北京协和医学院）研究生院攻读硕士学位，从事心血管病学研究。1985年9月至1986年8月在美国罗马林达大学医学院进修介入心脏病学。1987年12月升为副研究员，1991年3月为研究员。1999年当选为中国工程院院士。

我国介入心脏病学先驱，率先在国内开展急性心肌梗死及并发心源性休克的急诊介入治疗和多项介入治疗新技术，致力于介入治疗再狭窄机制和预防研究，产学研结合，促进药物洗脱支架、可吸收药物洗脱支架创新及国产化。
